homework, and confidential counseling to help you evaluate your personal readiness and the

These Five Business Planning Workshops Focus On Answering The Question
“IS MY BUSINESS IDEA OR GROWTH PLAN REALISTIC?”
Consider These Workshops As A Guided Tour Of Business Concepts Leading To A
Complete Understanding Of The Profitability Of Your Business Model.
During These Five Workshops You Will Create A Solid Foundation For A Business Plan.
* Business Planning I: examines your product/service from a customer perspective,
helps you understand your competition,
& provides detailed guidance on performing Market Research.
* Business Planning II uses this Market Research to create a complete understanding of your
business model and a draft Market Plan.
* Business Planning III reviews and updates your Market Plan,
provides a detailed guide for the steps you will need to complete when starting a business,
& introduces the fundamentals of financial planning.
* Business Planning IV uses this market foundation to create a financial plan and an estimate of your profitability.
You will be given a CD containing an Excel spreadsheet that simplifies creating a financial plan.
* Business Planning V discusses Sources Of Capital (selling equity, loans, U.S. SBA),
and how you should proceed. A Bank Loan Officer will answer questions.
Registration and Payment of a (one time) fee of $75 is required.
A second participant, from the Same Business, can attend for a (one time) fee of $50.
During, and following, the workshops a business expert will assist you every step of the way.
A Certificate will be awarded to those participants that ATTEND all Five Business Planning workshops
and COMPLETE the homework assignments.
You may register for a single workshop for a fee of $20.
